Contract Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for HVAC System Repairs, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The work of this project involves replacing aging HVAC systems and solving issues with thermal comfort. Both Fan coil units and condensing units shall be replaced with new heat pump systems, with ceiling hung electric unit heaters for auxiliary heat. New heat pump systems should be controlled via programmable thermostats. Air ventilation shall be provided to the building through a new energy recovery ventilator. All existing finned tube shall be cleaned. All existing and new heating hot water piping and domestic hot and cold-water piping shall be insulated.
