Contract Description
This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the following vendor: MNX Midnite Air Corp. Acquisition Description: MNX global logistic is a is a highly specialized service offering overnight transport service for transporting blood. With access to over 500 airports around the world, MNX global logistic will select the best Next Flight Out and professional ground couriers to ensure time-critical delivery. The NIH Department of Transfusion Medicine (DTM) donor center is shipping blood samples to Creative Testing Solutions (CTS) in Tampa Florida daily and on an as needed basis.
