Contract Description
The Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) has a requirement for janitorial services within three Federally-controlled facilities. All buildings will require year-round janitorial services. This work is being solicited as a performance-based service contract. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at Federally-controlled facilities for the INRC in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractors workforce shall perform all services associated with general janitorial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements.
