Notice to Offerors This solicitation is being reissued as a Total Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) competitive set-aside under NAICS 561720. The previous solicitation for this requirement was canceled to allow the Government to revise and clarify the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation requirements based on industry feedback received during the previous solicitation.
