The gross area of the building’s footprint is approximately 13,650 square feet. The total square footage of the building is 54,600 and includes a basement and three floors. The building houses administrative offices and support spaces on the first, second, and third floors. The building’s basement is currently unoccupied and unfinished. During the life of the facility an elevator addition has been constructed near the center of the original building to comply with accessibility requirements.
