Contract Description
2.1 Scope. This contractor shall provide comprehensive landscape renovation for 500th Military Intelligence Brigade-Theater (MIB-T) at Building 1410 located at 1295 Pirowski Road, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii 96857. The project encompasses demolition of existing landscaping, site preparation, installation of new plant material, irrigation instlation, mulching, and a six-month maintenance period. The intent is to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the grounds surrounding Building 1410 and parking gate. The Contractor shall cut the vegetation to a height within the range of two (2) to four (4) inches above ground level.
