Contract Description
The 131st Mission Support Group contracting office is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to award a single firm-fixed price contract for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to replace the boiler in Building 290, Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station (ANGS). Repairs include replacement of the existing 1988 model year 336,000 BTU/h hot water boiler with a new high-efficiency condensing boiler. The project includes the installation of all associated boiler room copper piping, valves, 3-way valve, water treatment system, boiler controls, and the replacement of the existing pump and 2 HP pump motor.
