Contract Description
1. INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective offerors who would like to manage the technical support service. The objective of the Mail Delivery Managed Service is to deliver hard copy mail in a reliable, cost-effective manner. To meet this objective, BEA shall seek Subcontractor expertise and cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs. 2. BACKGROUND The Mail Delivery Managed Service includes all United States Postal Service (USPS) mail delivered to and sent from INL, as well as all interoffice (internally sent hard copy) mail.
