Contract Description
Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for on-site expert financial accounting services to BUDFIN Treasury & Accounting to ensure accurate, timely accounting operations; support IPSAS implementation and training; support centralized accounting strategy/system upgrade activities; and support preparation of ACT consolidated annual financial statements, including audit liaison and follow-up. Period of Performance: From date of contract award through 31 December 2026 with one 12 – month option period, 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027.
