Contract Description
Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) intends to release an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the provision of NATO Open-Source Visualization Analytics (NOVA). U.S. prime contractors must 1) maintain a professionally active facility within the United States, 2) be approved for participation in NATO Competitive Procurement (NCP), 3) have performed at least three contracts within the last five years substantially similar in scope, complexity, and magnitude to the requirement described in the SHAPE solicitation, 4) be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the U.S. Government, and 5) register with the ACO Procureware portal: https://aco.procureware.com/home The reference for the IFB is IFB-ACO-SH-26-07 and all correspondence regarding the IFB should include this reference.
