Contract Description
The National Institutes of Health seeks a contractor to respond to service calls and arrest emergent conditions to minimize and mitigate damage to facilities, ground structures, personal property equipment, and installed equipment and systems and danger to personnel. The Contractor shall perform emergency service orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the contract period. The Contractor shall provide a toll-free (24 hour a day) phone number and an email address that can be used to report emergencies in need of repair. These emergencies are recorded within the government computerized data collecting software system, Nuvolo, or a contractor supplied software.
