Contract Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice The USIBWC intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a design-build contract to construct a new building at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NIWTP) in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. The new facility will house advanced sludge dewatering and drying equipment, including polymer equipment, as part of the NIWTP’s biosolids management upgrade. The project includes: Design and construction of a new building to accommodate the sludge dryer system and associated equipment. Demolition of the existing belt filter presses and related polymer system components (excluding concrete foundations, overhead structure, and electrical motor control centers).
