This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Singapore anticipates posting an RFP on the SAM.gov website when it becomes available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, has a requirement for the provision of non-comprehensive monthly maintenance services for the Chiller Plant Building Management System (BMS) at the U.S. Embassy Singapore for one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.
