The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Sacramento District (SPK), intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced Sole Source Service Contract to CBSE2 JV, 925 B Street, Ste 601, San Diego, CA 92101-4603 to procure and install a new code compliant switchgear associated with the Wharf 2 Substation, located at Military Ordnance Terminal Concord (MOTCO), in Concord California. The following is a brief description of the work to be performed. Procure and install stainless steel switchgear with 4-way 15kV, 600A, 12.5kA, 3-phase, solid dielectric, and 3-pole automatically switched relay controlled, with double throw inputs.
