Contract Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Contracting and Procurement (C&P), and Technology and Systems (T&S) intends to issue a solicitation using other than full and open competition. Accordingly, the TSA in-tends to award a sole-source contract to Identification Technology Partners, Inc., 20251 Century Boulevard, Suite 330, Germantown, MD 20874. This contract will address requirements of the TS office for credentialing management support that will focus on technical expertise for credentials issued using the TSA's Security Threat Assessment (STA). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
