NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR US Army Nuclear Infrastructure Exploitation (NIX) Training Program This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-l(b)(1).
