NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE (post on sam.gov as a special notice) Requisition Number: M-25-A31-R-000295 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for a Engine Driven Power System. The period of performance for this effort will be a 1 base year. The total estimated value is less than $30,000.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement and FAR 5.202(a)(1) as it is Law Enforcement Sensitive and Mission Critical.
