Contract Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Native Energy & Technology, Incorporated in order to continue preventive maintenance and repair services in U.S. Customs and Border Protection's southeast region, under authority of FAR 6.103-1 and 41 USC 3304(a)(1). The current contract is set to expire March 31, 2029. The requirement is for the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment at CBP locations in the Southeast United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. These services are essential in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection operations in the southeast region, and market research identified Native Energy as the only responsible source with relevant experience in Puerto Rico and other similar remote areas.
