Contract Description

It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.
