Contract Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for supply, installation and commissioning of fountains. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on January 23, 2026, at 1100 hours at U.S. Embassy, Gate # ‘7’, Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 1300 hrs. on January 22, 2026.
