The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Restroom Demolition and Installation of New Concrete Restroom Facility, Lake Siog, East Brimfield Lake, Holland, MA. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.
