Contract Description
The 147th ATKW, Texas Air National Guard, intends to sole source inspection services of currently owned Aircraft Shelters. The repairs will consist of: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate and maintain the required inspections. Structures are designed to require a minimal amount of maintenance over the life of the structures. The inspection should be performed bi-annually or after the structures are exposed to winds or snow loads close to the designed limit of the structure. 2.1. INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS 2.1.1. Check fabric tension around perimeter by pushing out fabric by hand from the inside of the structure at shoulder height. PVC should snap back sharply when released if correctly tensioned.
