Contract Description

The work involves caretaker services for the Gainesville Job Corps campus. The Gainesville Job Corps campus is located on a 47-acre site with ten (10) buildings and thirteen (13) structures. Work includes, but is not limited to, security services to prevent theft, damage or deterioration of real property and equipment, preventative and basic maintenance of heating, ventilation and other mechanical systems, grounds maintenance, custodial services of facilities including trash removal and dumpster service as required, payment of utility bills, and pest control.
