Contract Description

This is a public notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 – Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. The Library of Congress (Library), Contracts and Grants Directorate (CGD), intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to Waters Technologies Corporation (Mailstop SA 34 Maple Street, Milford, MA 01757). The work to be performed under the contract will be performed at the Library of Congress – Capitol Hill. The period of performance (POP) of the intended contract shall be one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. It is valued at an amount below the simplified-acquisition threshold (SAT) of $350,000.00, but above the public-notice threshold of $25,000.
