Contract Description
** This is not a Solicitation; please see the PWS** USACE Philadelphia District is seeking capable small businesses for stormwater sampling in accordance with the PWS attached. The 99th Readiness Division (RD) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) requires professional services and technical support to complete stormwater sampling and monitoring at one (1) facility in Maryland, two (2) facilities in Massachusetts, one (1) facility in New Hampshire, four (4) facilities in New York, and one (1) facility in Pennsylvania. The 99th RD does not have staffing or in-house subject matter expertise required to ensure compliance with State mandated permit requirements.
