Statement of Requirement: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0045 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for TBRD Water Leak Repairs. IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, The Tonto National Forest has a requirement to eliminate the known leaks, make the water network more efficient, and anticipate upcoming leak repairs that will be covered by contract modification.
