Contract Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS-SOLICITATION OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing a Two-Step Invitation for Bid (IFB). The solicitation will result in one (1) firm-fixed-price contract for a project titled Upgrade Fire Detection System at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) located in Honolulu, Hawaii. FDC Honolulu is a federal correctional institution located at 351 Elliott Street, Honolulu, HI 96819. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction to upgrade the fire detection system at the FDC Honolulu. The specification and construction drawings included in the attachments of this solicitation provides the requirements for the project.
