Contract Description
The purpose of this fixed-price contract is to obtain janitorial services for properties owned or managed by the U.S. Government, including the U.S. Embassy in Pretoria, Embassy Annex, the Embassy Warehouse, and the Community Centre as per the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces—such as halls, offices, restrooms, entranceways, storage areas, and stairways—over a one-year period, with two one-year optional extensions. The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative, and labor personnel necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. Contractor staff shall be on site only for official work purposes.
