Contract Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), United States Penitentiary (USP) Lee County, located at Hickory Flats Road, Pennington Gap, VA 24277 intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to deliver all products and services described in the Scope of Work section of this statement of work. Currently, the institutional Powerhouse has two water cooling towers located in the CUB (Central Utility Building). These two cooling towers are responsible for cooling the water for the institutional chillers.
