Contract Description
O&M services for the continuation of long-term operations and maintenance of two PFAS treatment systems covered under the current contract with ongoing performance at two Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) release sites at WPAFB are necessary to prevent human exposure to groundwater and surface water contamination and to maintain the long-term remediation systems. DoD will negotiated a sole source contract with the 8a pursuant to FAR 19.808-1 & DFARS 219.808-1 and substantial confidence procuring these environmental services for the O&M for NTCRA for PFAS using an 8(a) contractor to support the PFAS remediation before to support this subset of disadvantaged small business set aside.
