INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the construction of the Specialty Care Building at the Manchester VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Manchester VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, equipment, material, transportation, testing, site surveying and infrastructure required for the construction of a Specialty Care Building in accordance with the Contract Documents, including Technical Specifications and Drawings.
