Contract Description
PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This notice serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for construction Project #668-23-101 Construct Chiller Plant and Cooling Towers, located at the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Please refer to the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for details. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45M.
