Contract Description

JEFF REPLACE COOLING TOWER AND BOILERS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, CONOPS ¿ Central, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Replace Cooling Tower and Boiler Units project for the Gateway Arch National Park in St. Louis, Missouri. At the grounds building the work will consist of the following: One new boiler will be installed to provide heat to both reheat and radiant floor system with a heat exchanger installed to lower the water temperature for the radiant in floor system. At the Arch complex, the cooling tower will be replaced by a new 800 T counterflow cooling tower, as part of the project, new condenser water pumps will be installed.
