Contract Description
19 May 2025 Update The Government is seeking feedback regarding a two-phase approach to proposal evaluation for the Hawthorne Army Depot requirement. The objective of the phase one approach is to reduce contractor proposal costs and improve Government efficiency in evaluations. The Government proposes the use of the attached HWAD Draft Phase One Self-Scoring Matrix to identify Offerors who would be eligible to move to the second phase of the competition. The first phase would evaluate Maintenance, Demil, SDO, Past Performance, and Small Business as shown in the HWAD Draft Phase One Self-Scoring Matrix.
