NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for two distinct contractor functions as part of the Blended Workforce Support Arrangement, namely an Opponent Forces Maritime Operations Analyst and a Content Analyst MEL/MIL SME. Potential U.S. prime contractors must 1) maintain a professionally active facility within the United States, 2) hold a Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET or higher. 3) be approved for participation in NATO Competitive Procurement (NCP), and 3) be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the U.S. Government.
