NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for two distinct contractor functions as part of the Blended Workforce Support Arrangement, namely an Opponent Forces Maritime Operations Analyst and a Content Analyst MEL/MIL SME.
