Contract Description
The Ministry of National Defense of Türkiye invites eligible companies to participate in bidding for the construction of a maintenance hangar for Airborne Early Warning (AEW) aircraft and the provision of a Crash Fire and Rescue Station at Afyon Airbase. To bid on this project, U.S. prime contractors must 1) maintain a professionally active facility (office, factory, laboratory, etc.) in the United States, 2) be pre-approved for participation in NATO International Competitive Bidding (ICB), and 3) be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the U.S. Government.
